How to clean your nose?

Babies starting form 3 months
Pun the baby on his back in a stable position, holding his head on one side, with the nostril opposed to the direction in which the head is tilted towards you and introduce the tip of the bottle in that nostril.
Press firmly, only once, for 2 or 3 seconds. The solution can exit the nose on the other nostril, which is a sign that the mucus has been successfully removed. Repeat the process on the other nostril, tilting the head of the baby in the other direction.
Take the baby in your arms, allowing the mucus to exist the nose and blow his nose or wipe it with a clean napkin.
Wash the tip of the bottle with lukewarm water after each use and pat it dry. Do not administer the solution if the head of the baby is tilted backwards in order to prevent the risk that the product reaches the wrong cavity.
SeptiMar Forte - Hypertonic sea water
Children 3 months older and adults
Over the sink or in the bathtub, tilt you head and introduce the tip of the bottle in one nostril on the side opposite to the one in which the head is tilted. Press only once, firmly, for 2 or 3 seconds.
Repeat on the other nostril, with the head tilted in the other direction.
Blow your nose.
Wash the tip of the bottle with lukewarm water after each use and pat it dry.
